Andrew Clifford, owner of Ace Masonry, was highly recommended to tear down and rebuild my set of concrete front steps.
When I reached out, he had already been to my house to look at the potential job and I had my quote same day. His price was far more reasonable than his competitor.
Starting the next day, I will say it was not an easy job. The original contractor, in my estimation, did a very sub par job and Andrew and crew were left to clean up his mess before rebuilding.
Additionally he found a drainage problem (again original contractor) leaving several feet of water under the walkway from the stairs to driveway. This required rerouting drainage and replacing the walk.
Andrew and crew were here early, worked thru some very cold and rainy conditions, and each night left the area spotless.
I would highly recommend Andrew for any masonry jobs. He was fair, honest about issues and problems and did beautiful work.
